Based on Skeeled’s existing contractual relations with the Recruiter, Skeeled is required to process
Data on behalf of the Recruiter depending on the Recruiter’s choices (in particular which information
collected and which questions shall be asked).
Not withstanding their respective obligations under applicable data protection legislation, the
Skeeled agreed that Skeeled may provide you with information on the processing of your Personal Data
the Skeeled Services and comply, if applicable, with your requests to exercise your data subject rights.

attended, skills and merits related) and professional records(e.g. professional experience,
previous job contracts, previous position titles, practice areas, assessments established by
